Full Description: The residential complex of holiday apartments "GERBER RESIDENCE" is located in the West zone of Sunny Beach. It is registered as land property III-420 in the area 3401 of the building regulation plan of the resort and has total surface area of 1 966 m2 The building is intended for seasonal use but it can function all year round.
